Perhaps FBI should relocate to New Jersey

In the News of Cumberland County today:

To the Editor:

Every year the voters of New Jersey have gone to the polls to elect people to represent them in local, state and federal government.

And what do we get in return? Convictions of wrongdoing by many of these trusted representatives.

Maybe all the candidates in New Jersey should be given a pre-screening interview (a lie detector test by the FBI) as part of the process to run for office. The test could possibly weed out a few of these immoral people.

Corrupt activities almost seems to be a way of life for some of them. As anyone can see, over the years this cancer has ingrained itself in both the Democratic and Republican parties. It is perceived by many around the U.S.A. that New Jersey is the number one state for corruption by elected officials.

With all of the investigations taking place in New Jersey by the FBI, it seems there is only one thing left to do. The FBI should move their national headquarters from Washington, D.C., to Newark, N.J.
