Katz wagging Corzine’s Tail?

NJ.com has this story:

In the months leading to her ouster from the largest state workers union, Carla Katz retaliated against her critics, demanded loyalty from her supporters and resisted the advice of allies who attempted an “intervention” to counsel her against using union funds for her own purposes, according to a confidential arbitrator’s report.

It was fairly well-documented that Katz was willing to misuse her authority and union money. What, if anything, in her emails with Corzine would be evidence of wrongdoing?

Does executive privilege protect Corzine even if he is part of potential criminal activity?
